倫敦大學瑪麗皇后學院（Queen Mary, University of London）是國際著名的倫敦大學的下屬學院。由東倫敦技校發展起來，並在1915年被收編為倫敦大學旗下，於1989年與西菲爾德學院合併，1995年又合併了兩所醫學院，所以醫學領域也非常有名，主校區位于倫敦東區麥爾安德。
 
該院設有200多個學位的課程，在全英大學評比中，多數部門的研究評估分為5或5*。大學在英國2008年研究評審工作根據衛報排名第十一位及泰唔士報高等教育中排名第十三位。Queen Mary 為羅素大學集團研究大學聯盟的成員之一，其他成員包括牛津大學、劍橋大學、倫敦帝國學院等世界一級名校。
 
大學的工作人員當選為獎學金英國皇家學會、英國科學院、英國皇家醫學科學院和皇家工程院院士。在Queen Mary的校友和現在及過去的成員中，有5位諾貝爾獎得主。
