Return and Refund Policy


Customized Products

  • Sorry, any products branded with your logo or personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All claims must be made within 48 hours of arrival.

Blank, Collection or Lifestyle Products
  • To initiate a return or a refund, please advise us by email to winstargift@gmail.com and provide your name, shipping address and the order confirmation number.
  • Returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted on goods within 7 days of arrival. All products returned must be in their original condition.
  • To qualify for a refund, items must be received back to our warehouse within 60 days of your original order shipment date.
  • Please package the product securely with the original receipt and mail it to us via any insured delivery service.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please note: Shipping fees are not refunded for the return.
  • Sale and Promotional items are FINAL sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
