A. Promotional and Customized Product Orders
Order Processing
We kindly ask about 1-5 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment.
Order Payment
A deposit payment of 50% upfront, before manufacturing, and a balance payment upon completion – but before the original Bill of Lading is issued.
Shipping Charge
There are a lot of factors that determine international shipping cost : Weight, Dimensions, Method of shipment, Distance, Number of Pallets, Lift gate Fees etc. Therefore we offer shipping quotes prior to shipping your order. We will select the most economical or convenient way of your choice to process the shipment. Shipping costs will be charged using the payment method used for the order.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fee
For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. All costs are calculated based on the items purchased and the country delivered.
For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
The shipping quote we provide will include taxes, duties, and anything else that needs to be covered before your order leaves the factory.
Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary due to customs involvement. Most European and Asian countries will be approximately 2-4 weeks with any USPS service except Express. Shipments to Canada or Australia take 2-3 weeks with any USPS service except Express.
Please note : It is your responsibility as the importer to know what can and can not be imported into your country. If an order gets pulled by customs due to restricted/prohibited products, incorrect customs labeling, insufficient labeling or any other compliance issue, we will not be able to assist you in recovering / releasing your order. All detailed product information like Country of Origin, Manufacturer name and address, Packaging details including images and further compliance details are not provided by us. This information must be provided to your customs department at your discretion and is solely your responsibility.
For larger orders especially, we suggest you contact us before you place an order as we can accommodate you preparing your own shipping and customs compliance information. We do not pay any customs duties/taxes or fees.
