  • How do I checkout?
  • Once you have all of the items you want in the shopping cart, the next step is to Checkout.
         Follow the steps below to proceed with the checkout process:
    1. Verify your merchandise
    2. Verify Total
    3. Sign in to your account  - if you don't have an account, you can continue as a guest
    4. Enter your shipping information - please omit periods and hyphens
    5. Enter your payment method
    6. Review your order - if you need to make changes, you can do so by clicking on 'edit'
    7. Place order
  • Can I use PayPal on winstargift.com?
  • Yes, PayPal is WinStar's newest way to pay online.
  • Is PayPal safe and secure?
  • Absolutely. It's just as secure as paying with a credit or debit card. With PayPal, your credit or debit card numbers are never shared or transmitted with payment. It's secure, safe and easy.
  • Will I get a receipt for my transaction?
  • Yes — you should expect a receipt from both WinStar and PayPal.
    Please note: WinStar does not have access to your PayPal account.
  • What happens once you receive my order?
  • 1. You have placed your order and have received your order confirmation email.

    .We'll locate your merchandise and prepare it for shipping.

    .You will be charged by actual shipping cost. The shipping difference will be refunded or charged after orders shipped out. As your merchandise leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. You can use this email to obtain the tracking numbers related to your shipment.

    .Since we know that you will be looking forward to your delivery, you can check your order status online at any time!

  • How can I change or cancel my winstargift.com order after it has been submitted?
  • After placing an order, you can cancel at no charge for any reason within 24 hours. Just email us and let us know!
  • How can I track my order?
  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.
  • How do I submit my artwork?
  • Our official e-mail address for artwork submission is winstargift@gmail.com
    You can:
    Email us your artwork directly if the file is smaller than 10 Mb.
    dropbox - It is free but sign up needed.
    google drive - If you already have a gmail account, it is a good way.
    Wetransfer - For transfering big files, does not need to signing up.

    Send us your artwork and our talented artists will ensure your logo look fantastic imprinted on your product. A proof for approval will be emailed to you prior to production.
  • What file formats do you accept?
  • Tip: If you don't have vector files, try sending us the highest resolution images possible. 
    Please make sure that artwork is scaled to the desired print size with a minimum resolution of 300 pixels per inch.

    We accept the following file types:

    • Ai or EPS (Adobe Illustrator)
    • PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
    • Microsoft Word (Saved as a .pdf)
    • Microsoft Publisher (Saved as a .pdf)
    • Quark (save as a .pfd or .eps)
    • .jpg
    • .jpeg
    • .png
    • .tif
    • .tiff
    • .psd
