Reservation Terms & Conditions

1. Open Reservation
Booking period starts 2 months before until 2 days before the service (Your booking day & weekends are excluded from the schedule). Public holidays will count to add extra working days depends on the number of holidays.

2. Change/Cancellation Your booking
For both Change/Cancellation behaviours have to be done before the last 24 hours, which is unlikely to process when it is less than 24 hours; but somehow if a cancellation is insisted in less than 24 hours, a compensation fee of NT$300 will be charged for the scheduled driver; cancellation to be insisted in less than 6 hours, compensation fee of 1/2 amount of the total payment will be charged. Please call to re-arrange your schedule at least 2 days before the service( Regardless of the public holidays).

3. The choice of vehicles and definition of types for reservation.
We will automatically assess your number of passengers and number of luggages to determine what vehicles to provide to our customers , cannot be designated.   
-Business sedans are capable for 3 passengers, 1 baby safety seat, 2 large luggages or 4 small luggages.
-Imported luxury cars are capable for 3 passengers, 1 baby safety seat, 2 large luggages or 4 small luggages.
-Vans are capable of 8 passengers, 2 baby safety seat, 6 large luggages or 10 small luggages.        

4. Extra Pick-Up/Drop-Off points
Each extra points that's added in the same district will be charged for extra NT$200 (For examples: XinYi Dist to XinYi Dist), other dict will have a new quote, with maximum 2 points, and please place your requeset while booking. Warm Shuttle Pick-Up staffs have the right to reject any immediate request of adding extra points. 

5. Additional Safety Seats
According to the [Ride & Publicity of Child safety on vehicles], when any child accompanies, it must be informed while making your reservation under any circumstances. If there's any need for the safety seats, each seat costs extra NT$200.    
There are 3 specifications for the safety seats:
- Baby Safety Seat (0-1Y.O) Less than 10kg Weight.
- Young Child Safety Seat (1-4Y.O) Above 10kg and less than 18kg Weight.
- Child Safety Seat (4-12Y.O) Above 18kg and less than 36kg Weight.
Due to vehicle restrictions, there's a maximum of 1 safety seat for each car, by any means to have 2 safety seats, You must have a Van.

6. Placard
Placard service costs You extra NT$200.

7. Waiting Time for Drop-Off @ airport
aiting time will not exceed 30mins upon on arrival on time, when the customers do not show within 30mins without any contact, the run becomes redeemed service and will not refund; waiting extention will cost NT$300 per hour that starts on counting from the 1st min after basic 30mins waiting time. "Warm Shuttle" staffs have the rights to accept or reject extention period.

8. Waiting time for Pick-Up @ airport
When the flight somehow does arrive earlier , the pick-up service will not be able to provide its service earlier; when the flight is delayed, drivers will arrive upon the updated information of the airport, but if delayed for over 4 hours, the service will be automatically cancelled and refunded. 
Waiting time will not exceed 60mins upon on arrival on time (30mins for specified time), when customers do not show within 60mins without any contact, the run becomes redeemed service and will not refund; waiting extention will cost NT$300 per hour that starts on counting from the 1st min after basic 60mins waiting time. "Warm Shuttle" staffs have the rights to accept or reject extention period.    

9. Night Shift Fees/Hours
Service will be surcharged for NT$200 in between 23:00 pm ~ 05:59 am. 

10. CNY Fees
Additional $400 NTD per run during the chinese new year's period.

11. ID
Please do provide your personal ID to the driver and verify yourself, Service will be cancelled if you failed to do so. 

12. In respect of all other passengers and hygiene issues, it is not allowed to place luggages on seats, nor smoking, betel nut, or eating, all reasons above that caused any odors, dirts, or any damage,  the person who made this reservation will be responsible for fixing, cleaning, and lost of business.

13. Pre-assessing traffic status ( including traffic jam, stopover) and the distance, then to decide booking our service, "Warm Shuttle" is not responsible for assessing traffic and time.

14. For any unresistable reasons such as Disaster/War/Riot in either Domestic/International areas, we will refund it all when the customers do hit one of these 2 criteria, but ain't responsible for anything else.
(1)Delayed for over 4 hours
(2) Typhoon alerts activated in Taiwan area. 

15. To cooperate the ministry of finance and promote electronic invoices, we chosed the electronic invoice to substitute paper invoice, and send the invoice details through email, customers are free to search transaction records online.
